What is Go! Sauce?
Go! Sauce is a Korean-inspired gochujang sauce made in Kansas City by Chef Keeyoung Kim. Built on fermented chili paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil — sweet, spicy, and bold with classic Korean depth.
How to Use Go! Sauce
Stir Fry Add 2–3 tablespoons in the last 60 seconds of cooking. Works with chicken, beef, tofu, shrimp, or vegetables.
Marinade Coat your protein and let sit 30 minutes before grilling or roasting. The fermented base tenderizes while it flavors.
Dipping Sauce Serve straight from the bottle alongside dumplings, spring rolls, or grilled meats.
Rice Bowls and Noodles Drizzle over the top right before serving for heat and depth without overpowering the bowl.
Why It Works
Korean cooking relies on fermentation for its depth: gochujang isn't just spicy, it's layered. Go! Sauce takes that foundation and makes it usable for any home cook in under 30 seconds.
