How to Use GO! BBQ Sauce
Wings
Toss crispy wings in Go! BBQ Sauce straight out of the oven or fryer. The sweet heat clings without making them soggy.
Ribs
Brush on during the last 15 minutes of cooking, then again right before serving. The gochujang base caramelizes beautifully over low heat.
Burgers and Sandwiches
Use as a condiment in place of standard BBQ sauce. The Korean heat profile cuts through rich proteins.
Grilling
Marinate chicken, pork chops, or skirt steak for 30 minutes before grilling. Finish with an extra brush at the end.
